We pull out all the stops for electronic production.
We connect cable systems with elements such as electronic PCBs or sensors to produce extensive networks and then ensure they are adequately protected from environmental influences such as dust or moisture. Sounds easy enough, but it can get very complicated. As system provider with abundant resources and a wealth of experience, we intervene in ongoing processes as an appropriate addition to your production at exactly the right points. Or we manage the entire production of your electronic components. Whatever is more appropriate for you.
Cable manufacture
This is one of our core capabilities: we offer the full range of techniques such as soldering, crimping or resistance welding. We produce your single wires, connection leads or complete cable harnesses. We process all standard crimp contacts. Our internal tool support finds a technically flawless processing solution for even the rarest formats. We manufacture exactly to your specifications, ready for connection and in compliance with all relevant specifications and standards. We also use hotmelt moulding to produce highly complex cable systems with integrated electronic components. This proven coating technology protects and reliably seals all important parts.
Device wiring
We wire electronic devices or complete switchboards with the cables that we have produced (or that you have provided), always in accordance with your sample devices or circuit diagrams. We offer highly efficient mass production of switchgear cabinets with fully automatic manufacturing of the wiring sets. While working with all due efficiency and speed, we are absolutely uncompromising when it comes to reliability: at the end the wiring goes through visual inspection and also electrical testing where possible.
Part coating
We coat complete parts in robust cast resin for maximum protection. This procedure offers special protection from extreme conditions and high material loads, where even air bubbles or tiniest particles can have a huge impact. Despite the high level of protection, the actual components still have to work perfectly, all the time, even when exposed to extreme temperature fluctuations. We therefore give absolute priority to uncompromising quality in every step of the manufacturing process, from focused planning via the ideal coating method with the right nozzles through to final inspection of the results. This ensures that even extreme environmental conditions will not be able to harm the components in any way at all.
Coating printed circuit boards
Conformal coating protects sensitive PCB components from dust, air and UV light and also from condensation or weak acids. Here at EUKUTEC we take PCB protection to the next level. We can process coating materials from a whole range of different basic chemicals with many varied viscosity specifications exactly to your requirements. The experience we have gained for example in the aviation and automotive branches puts us in a position to find solutions for even the most challenging tasks, taking account of all key parameters such as protection, failsafe performance or weight.
